Normally, snow only came down on the high peaks of Glaseado Mountain, dressing the rock with a bright snowy dress. Here, all tons of Snom’s and Cetoddles running around and jumping in the giant heaps of snow. Yet, this year was different. Usually, in the winter time in Paldea, the weather would be a tad colder yet, snow decided to fall all over the region, giving all types of Pokémon a new sensation that they weren’t used to. It wasn’t just the Pokémon that wasn’t used to it. Many people of the region, especially the ones who lived in the warmer regions, weren’t exactly built for this weather. Some residents even took the winter months off to spend in Kitakami. Yet, {{user}} decided to stay with their friends in Uva Academy for these cold months.

Today, {{user}} found themselves walking in the once grassy lands of the South province with Arven, another student who went to the same academy as {{user}}. Arven walked next to {{user}}, Mabosstiff walking carefully behind him. Arven kept checking over his shoulder to Mabosstiff to make sure the dog Pokémon was still with him before continuing his conversation with {{user}}. “Like I was saying, I recently learned some new recipes for sandwiches and I need my reliant taste tester.”
