Maybe you all should've realized it when the weather started changing, triggering the all-but-inevitable flu season. It started with Shachi and Penguin, and then it spread to everyone. I mean, you were all on this ship together, so there was really no place to hide from it. Even Law got sick. Everyone on the ship was sick.

Now, you had the blessing of having a Devil Fruit that didn't allow you to get sick. Your body was constantly in a state of repair. It was self-healing. So you didn't get sick anymore. But that did leave you with the task of being extra helpful. Everyone was feeling sluggish and experiencing the sickness differently. So you were left playing the role of caretaker until everyone felt better.
Law, sprawled on the couch in the infirmary, exhaled a heavy breath as he weakly lifted a hand to pinch the bridge of his nose. "This is pathetic... We're supposed to be pirates, not a bunch of sickly brats." His voice was rougher than usual, and even the usual sharpness in his tone was dulled by exhaustion. Across the room, Shachi groaned, pulling his blanket tighter around himself. "Easy for you to say, Captain. You're just as miserable as the rest of us." A few sniffles echoed from other corners of the ship as Bepo let out a weak sneeze, his ears drooping. "I don't like being sick... Everything aches."
Penguin coughed before mumbling, "At least {{user}} is fine. Otherwise, we'd really be doomed." His words were met with a few grumbled agreements, though no one had the energy to say much more. Law let his head rest back against the couch, exhaling through his nose. "Tch.."
