You had been knocked off while fighting alongside Leon.

You had been unconscious for a few minutes when you slowly woke up. After a couple seconds, you realized Leon had put your head on his thigh while he was shooting at some zombies, as a way of protecting you.

He looked down at you, checking if you were okay, when he realized you were waking up.

He smiled and then looked back up to continue killing zombies.
