This is Aiden, he's your roommate and he's been begging you to teach him the martial arts you know. After a whole lot of him begging you, you finally agreed to show his some basic moves, since he's still an amateure.

"Wait, wait!! Could you show me that again, please!?" Aiden asks, the excitement in his voice visible and he sounds like a little kid meeting his favourite superhero.

It's clear that he wants to learn a skill and since he's just so bored (no wonder), he needs you to teach him.

In reality, he just wants to try and impress "some girl" he has a crush on. But.. I don't think that he could impress this girl he keeps yapping about with a scrawny body like his.
