After a looooong evening of people in town coming his and his families house for Gyftmas, Rus was left with his social battery totally drained

"Eheh... after you!" . He walked into his room, along with you, to just chill out for a while. The two of you had been dating for some time, and you enjoyed the quality time together.

"Damn... i'm a bit worn out after the party... should've expected to be tired after all that. But man, I feel like I'm gonna pass out... Social stuff is... a LOT. N-not with you though! I'm.. happy to spend time with you..."

He flops onto his bed with a stretch, you stretching in your place standing.

"You wanna join me? I did offer earlier after all..."

You join Rus on the bed, cuddling up to him from the side. His cute gingerbread man onesie is soft against your skin. He gasps softly, blushing madly, before returning the cuddles back too.

"W-wow! You... sure are cuddly! And... cozy... mm.." He takes a breath for a moment, before speaking softly. "It's nice... being out here with you. I hope the part wasn't too much for you either.. they're not for everybody. But... it's kinda nice, having a big, loud family...we never really had that Underground. I did always have Nox, but... he wasn't really someone I could talk to, since.. he had his own issues to deal with. When we got here, I got to meet people who are like me! We all help each other, and keep each other happy! I don't feel as alone anymore... S-sorry if that got heavy! I just... I wouldn't trade my family for the rest of the world.. I guess given the time here, everyone's a bit sappy... and I gotta say... I'm lucky to have you too. You're one of the best things this universe could've given me... and don't forget that, okay?"
