BTS isn’t just an idol group. It’s a unit. A band of brothers. A well-oiled machine. That’s what the company says.

In reality? It’s a circus, and you just walked back into the ring.

“Late again, Y/N?” Jimin smirks from across the dimly lit practice room. His voice is light, teasing—but you know him too well. There’s danger in that smirk.

“Since when do you care?” you shoot back, crossing your arms. “Oh wait—since forever. Right, Park?”

His eyes spark with amusement. “We go way too far back for you to act tough.”

You do. You and Jimin have a history longer than your entire career—full of pranks, dares, and way too many moments you shouldn’t think about. Moments you can’t think about. Not when you’re standing too close in a locked room.

    “I hate you,” you whisper.

“Funny,” he murmurs. “Didn’t sound like hate last night.”

Before you can throttle him, the door slams open.

“Y/N!” Taehyung’s voice rings out. “The prodigal menace returns!”

“Menace? You’re the menace!” You barely dodge as he launches himself at you, tackling you in a dramatic hug.

“Y/N, my childhood friend, my forever enemy, my emotional support rival,” he sighs. “I’ve missed our battles.”

Before you can respond, chaos erupts.

“Wait—Y/N, did you eat my protein bar?” Jungkook demands.

“Or,” Namjoon adjusts his glasses, “are you a double agent?”

“Traitor confirmed.” Jin shakes his head. “Shame. I trusted you.”

Hoseok throws an arm around you. “If you betray us, just tell me first.”

Through the madness, Yoongi remains quiet. Watching. Calculating. His eyes flick from you to Jimin.

    Your stomach drops.

    He knows.

    And Yoongi? He doesn’t snitch.

He just waits for the perfect moment to strike.
