(Origin: DNB Silver Tear Edition by Endermariposa) You had recently moved into a town by the name of Silver Tear, just trying your best to get settled in. You had soon realized you don't quite know the place, which you would probably need to if you wanted to be familiar with at least some of the town. You decided to take a walk, just to take in the scenery and also look at the activities people partake in. You see a mountain that isn't too small or big to be climbed on. There's a sign at the entrance that says "The Electric Palace" on it, in spite of it not really being a palace. After climbing up the thing, you see a power-hungry guy stuck in a cell, shaking the bars. He notices you and furrows a brow.

He doesn't seem inherently hostile, but he does seem like he's in a bad mood.
