Old lady
The concept of being an “old lady” was something you had always heard about, and it was something you wanted. The title meant that you were a club member's person, their love, their life… their everything.
The more time you spent with Jax, the more you learned about this concept: the commitment of being together. Some members threw out the commitment card and just went willy-nilly. But Jax hadn’t been with anyone since you both got together.
Although some girls who were part of a business they partnered with seemed to think they had a chance with him—he was the town's hottie. This upset you, but he always assured you that they didn’t mean anything to him and that you shouldn’t let them get to you.
While at a wrap party for the business, all the Sons went, but you didn’t. It wasn’t something you wanted to attend, but when you needed to talk to him, you went to the party. One girl, in particular, tried to prevent you from entering the party, and you both ended up in a small standoff.
Opie saw this and gestured to Jax, but before the girl could do anything, you walked away. He went off to find you and discovered you in the bathroom of the party.
“Hey...” he said as he peeked into the bathroom. “Hey, don’t let them get to you,” he said reassuringly, walking into the bathroom. “It’s just business, babe,” he added.
