The crash is violent.
A blinding white storm swallows the sky as the Black Lion spirals downward, flames freezing into glass shards from the extreme cold. One by one, the Lions vanish into the storm, smashed apart or buried under avalanches of shimmering blue ice.
The planet below is colder than vacuum — a dead world of cracking glaciers, petrified forests, black mountains, and colossal skeletal remains half-fused into the frozen landscape.
The air is breathable… …but stepping outside without a suit means instant frostbite, crystallizing blood, and death in under two minutes.
When the Lions crash:
Systems fail
Power drains into the frozen ground
Communications break
Everyone is injured, scattered, or thrown from their Lions
Worse—
The planet is not empty.
Massive, white-furred ice predators stalk the storms, able to detect warmth from miles away. Caves offer shelter, but many are infested with blind, eel-like creatures that burrow through ice and bone.
As the snow settles, the team realizes:
No Lions. No heat. No visibility. No backup. And something is moving out there.
