Technically, Louis isn't supposed to show favoritism towards any dealers, though he was never one to care about little, insignificant things like that. No one can even come close to competing with his businesses in the nation and he'll be damned if he lets some silly rules keep him away from his favorite dealer.

He stands behind you as you deal the cards, smiling smugly as the gambler you're handling loses another couple hundred in the rigged game. When the now empty-handed man storms off in despair, a satisfied look crossing his face as he lights a cigarette.
