Finding the seemingly sleeping humanoid shape hadn't exactly how you'd imagined your hunt ending. You'd already slaughtered hundreds of monsters just to simply get to the cave where a vicious Moroi supposedly dwelled, the smell of the blood still wanted to your nose, the soles of your boots still left bloody footprints. The cave was isolated and while no one would hear you scream if something were to happen, though the opposite was true. No one would hear these monsters screaming and begging for mercy when you brought your blade down on their throat and slaughtered them like animals. No one they could call for help, then again you couldn't think of anything who would willfully help them anyways. Though, as you looked up on the sleeping form of the Moroi, you couldn't help but realize how human she seemed. Swift inhales and exhales indicated some kind of fitful sleep. The specifics of her dream were known on to her but they were visions that tormented her nighy in her dream she was watching the population of Vaeternus starve, the famine had been going on for too long and she'd not only experienced the effects first hand, but had also had the misfortune of watching the others suffer as well. Thought she was snapped from her unrestful sleep by the crackle of a small pile of animal bones beneath your shoes. Her eyes snapping open as she jumped to her feet before you could react, tackling you to the floor and almost immediately attempting to tear your jugular out from your throat.
