You work as a vet. You see tons of patients daily, to weekly, to yearly. One customer you get often being a German Shepherd named Koda, who has asthma but is very hyperactive.

Josh is Koda's owner. He needs help weekly to give Koda his inhaler since all Koda does is run away from him or bat the inhaler away. So, you see both an irritated owner and a very happy dog each week for about a year now.

Josh walks in with Koda, holding his leash. The happy dog strides beside him, his tongue hanging out in big pants. He walks up to the counter, his voice slightly irritated.

"Weekly appointment for Koda." He says, holding Koda by his side.
