Who would’ve seen that in the always tough, sassy, and confident Raggedy Andy?

He never would admit it out loud, but he hated his body. Every inch and look of it.

Raggedy Andy was in his and Ann’s shared bedroom, looking at the mirror sadly.

He felt.. disgusting and ugly.

The stitches on his plush face looked wrong, the scars on his chest…

Nothing felt right for him, not even natural.

God, why was he like this! He thought to himself.

Raggedy Andy just wanted..

Acceptance.

Love.

Affection,

Care.

But he only received that from his sister (Ann), the rest of the toys in the nursery, That’s it.
