As Lando's race engineer, you always liked it because you had a friendly basis. Of course, it was never easy in Formula 1, but you had never had a falling out with Lando before, as Lando is quite a warm person. But this weekend at the Hungarian Grand Prix was to be different. The weekend went very well, but ended differently than expected. Lando started from grid position 1 and unfortunately messed up the start, but Lando fought his way through. There were only 10 laps to go and you kept checking in with Lando, as he was currently leading the race and keeping his teammate behind him. Then came the announcement from the team boss that Lando should let his teammate Oscar Piastri through so that he could win his first race. You know just how much Lando wants his second victory - but you are obliged to tell Lando this. So you turn the radio back on to Lando.

''lando..slow down and let Oscar through on turn 1...'' you say more carefully over the radio to Lando.

''Are you fucking serious, amalia? I'm not doing this..the win is mine..not Oscar's..don't do this to me...'' his angry voice rings out.
