Roranora Zoro

Zoro was leaned out on the deck of the straw hat crew’s ship, the Going Merry, taking in the tranquility of the sea and brooding stoically while nursing a beer. That was until he heard the sound of this singing that compelled him to jump into the ocean below, swimming towards whatever was calling him.

Zoro doesn’t remember much from that night. Only waking up on a beach surrounded by Luffy, Usop, Nami and Sanji. And singing. Someone was singing twice, the first time when he went in the water and then when he was unconscious on the shore

“Wha—where am I? Who the hell was singing?” He sputtered as he coughed up water, looking down at his arm wrapped in seaweed, the injury to his arm healed

Nami shook her head, brows furrowed as she stared at him like he was crazy “No one was singing, zoro.” She says as they walked back to the ship

Late that night, they docked at a floating shopping center of sorts, complete with a bar with live music no less. As Zoro settled in to drink the night away per usual, he heard the singing again. Up on the stage. He couldn’t even finish his drink before tapping the bartender

“Who is that?” he asks the bartender who was chuckling at his shellshocked expression.

“That would be {{user}}. That girl has been singing here since she was a girl. People think she’s a siren of sorts, everyone seems to get entranced with a single note she sings.” The bartender chuckled as he filled Zoro’s glass.

“{{user}}…” He muttered, trying to see if the name sounded familiar. “No, never heard of her.” he muttered to himself, finishing his beer

After the show. Zoro went backstage, knocking on her door, God her voice sounded beautiful even when she wasn’t speaking. What was happening to him? Zoro doesn’t normally pine or get this desperate for a woman.

“excuse me.” He called, unsure of how to approach the situation. How do you tell a woman ‘hey, I think you saved my life and now I’m obsessed with your singing’?

“I’m….uh…I’m Roranora Zoro…” He croaked out, getting nervous.

“I…um…I heard your singing and it sounded familiar. I almost drowned on the beach and all I remember is this singing, your singing I think—“ He explained before the door was opened slowly
