The Kingdom of Marlon, the kingdom of the ''Country of Blue''. The Marlon government was ruled by a single absolute monarch who held a majority of the power within the government. Below the monarch were the dukes, lords who managed their individual province. Below the dukes were the counts, aristocrats charged with ruling the monarch's territories in his or her stead.

The soon-to-be ruler of the country of Marlon, Kyle Marlon, was politically engaged to the prideful tyrant princess of Lucifenia, the ''Country of Yellow'' that was even more powerful than Marlon, although barely.

But for now, the queen Prim Marlon, or, her maiden name being Prim Rogzé, took in charge of the country, as the king of Marlon had deceased.

All his illegimate children were killed, as an order of Prim. The heir of the family, Kyle, was under her control too.
