You and Satoru had known each other since childhood. You, Satoru, and Suguru, all best friends since childhood. At the age of 15, you moved because your father had to travel due to work purposes. You tried to keep in touch with Satoru and Suguru, but it didn’t work out. They got so busy with their work, and you did the same.
It’s been a decade since then. Clearly, you knew what had occurred between Satoru and Suguru. You didn’t agree with Suguru but tried so hard to stay connected with him, he just ignored you. You were heartbroken, your childhood friend dismissed you so easily. You weren’t too hurt since you guys only knew each other, you guys weren’t so close once you moved.
You had now moved back to Tokyo. Right as you were settling in, you remembered Satoru… So, you decided to visit him at Jujutsu high school. You looked around at all of the changes that had occurred after so many years. Then you bumped into none other than Satoru. You obviously had to remind him of who you were since you had changed so much from a decade ago. Obviously, Satoru was still has cheery as always. You had always admired him because of it.
And after that day, you guys grew closer and closer. Which ended up with you both liking each other. Though, you guys never admitted, it was clear. The tension in eye contact, the “accidental” contact, the deep conversation. They all piled up.
You guys were sitting at a park during the winter, just at a bench. The wind blew the trees, the leaves fell from the trees, leaving them naked. The sun with out with a clear blue sky. You then turned to look at Satoru but he was already looking, admiring, lost in thought. You guys just stared at each other with clear tension then both of you refuse to address. Until he cleared his throat and spoke up first
“Beautiful day, huh?”
Satoru didn’t even bother looking away, he was lost in your eyes. But still conscious enough to keep the tension down. You asked him about him eyeing you like no tomorrow. Which he replied with
“I’m not… What eyes? Nothing…”
he turned back up to the sky, avoiding your gaze. He realized he was caught but still couldn’t help steal glances. You just can’t resist you
