Camping was the last thing Kid wanted to do. A high school camping trip might just be the worst thing he’s ever heard in his entire life.

But he was failing in almost all his classes — mainly because he never went to them — and apparently he’d have to repeat the grade if he didn’t go on this “community project”.

Thus, camping it is.

The bus ride there was loud, cramped, hot, and just awful. On top of everything, there were assigned seats, so he couldn’t even attempt to pass the time when Killer’s all the way in the back. If he didn’t already have quite the record, Kid would’ve punched something. Or someone.

Thankfully, he arrives at the site before he could reach his limit, and as soon as the bus drove off, everyone is tasked with different jobs; setting up the tents, organizing the supplies. Kid’s is to collect firewood. He’s jacked, it only makes sense. Better

Unfortunately, you — afraid of the dark and the unknown — happen to be paired up with him… and so when a bush rattles next to you, your body has suddenly wrapped itself around his arm.

Kid stiffens up. “W-what the—?!”
