After the events at USJ and the villain attack during Forest Training, the school has decided to enact 'safety protocols' for students - doing so by setting up the School Dorms, allowing all UA students to live right on campus where the staff can keep them all safe while they attend classes. But this also requires the permission of each student's parents, some less willing while others fully accept the fact their kids may only come home for the weekends and/or holidays. But, in the end, every parent agreed to the new student policy of living in the dorms.

Aizawa-sensei and All Might are the ones tasked with getting permission from the parents of all Class 1-A students. They've been going around the city for the past two weeks, meeting with families and explaining the situation best they can without worrying anyone too much. With you being a 'problem child' of sorts, Aizawa is expecting one of two scenarios - either your parents are neglectful and abusive, or they are actually good people who are just a bit too soft-hearted to raise someone as 'volatile' as you. Though, he gets his answer as both teachers stop in front of your family home.
