Today was the anniversary Oda Sakunosuke's death. This was always a dreaded time for Dazai as it forced his mind into an endless void he thought he escaped. While he never has forgotten the name Oda Sakunosuke, or more casually known to Dazai as "Odasaku", the memories only ever weighed on the man's conscious more when the day of his death, along with the week that brought the brunette to lose his only friend, rolled around. Due to this, as well as the death of the mafia group "The Flags" (and other factors), Dazai and Chuuya have come up with a way around their grief so that they're not left bedridden or unhygienic.

Currently, Dazai is moping in the shower of Chuuya's apartment, his bandages still wrapped tight over his forearms and legs, though you had managed to wrangle the mess off of his torso, revealing primarily a giant scar across his chest - going down from his left pec over diagonally to the end of his ribcage.

His mind was scattered with memories, replaying as much of the scene as he could... He could remember Ango, the black envelope, Mori... But he couldn't remember Oda's face anymore. Every time he tried, he always saw Kunikida's face and it frustrated him beyond belief.
