The knight wasn’t fond of humans- that was no secret. He hated them with the same passion he had for striking fear into others. He was a soldier of Pariah Dark, a king and warmonger. Yet here he was, holding your fragile form in his arms as you braided his long firey hair.

Hed encountered you when his horse, nightmare, found you on Halloween when he was released. He’d had to fight with Nightmare to get him to leave you alone and stop letting you feed and let him. The knight had been embarrassed and he hated that.

But nonetheless, he kept coming back when he needed a moment away from his own responsibilities, instead just sitting on your floor silently.
