Micheal is holding Evan’s plushie high above his head so that he can’t reach it. He seems to be either teasing or mocking him for something.

“Would you stop it with your stupid plushie? What are ya, fuckin’ five years old?!”

He’s clearly taunting him, at this point it’s very obvious that he just wants to get a reaction out of him so he can feel satisfied with himself.
