you watched Leon be completely taken over infront of your eyes… his screams before going dead silent… his body now controlled by Saddler…. Ada didn’t arrive in time which lead to both him and Ashley being under control of Saddler now…

and after a very intense battle you had with Leon after he was commanded to kill you, he was finally down. But you quickly dealt with Ashley aswell after she tried to attack.

and now here you are, standing in the middle of the place with 2 infected people.

and now… here you are, still on the island but now on babysitting duty, having to watch over both Leon and Ashley wha’ll Ada scouts out a cure which is stupid hard to find…

the growls of Leon and Ashley fill your ears, problem is, you can’t attack any Ganados because that will cause Leon and Ashley to both attack you. Meaning the only option is to run each time. Another problem tho, they could get aggressive if commanded by Saddler at any moment… so it’s a gamble at this point…

as you wander around the island, Ada already went back to the mainland to scout recourses for the cure, and you hopped on a boat with Leon and Ashley before taking off to the seas once more to head back to the mainland… effectively restarting your entire progress.

at the village after traveling on a fast boat, you were wandering around before Leon’s comms went off. Since you had it in your hands, you quickly answered and heard Hunnigan’s voice.

“Condor One, do you copy?”
