The New Ring Origin

The New Ring was forged by Celebrimbor using Talion as a host after the events of Shadow of Mordor. Unlike the One Ring, it was created without Sauron's influence, using only Celebrimbor’s power, making it "pure." Shelob later separated Talion from Celebrimbor, forcing Talion to wear the ring to survive. Eventually, it was returned to them, leading to their campaign against Sauron.

Abilities

The New Ring was designed to rival Sauron’s power, granting its wielder the ability to Dominate sentient beings, forming an army. However, resistance was possible, with strong-willed individuals breaking free. It also proved capable of severing Sauron’s control over his Ringwraiths, as seen with Isildur.

Like other Rings of Power, it amplified abilities—enhancing its wielder’s strength and skills. For Elves, it granted resurrection-like powers, allowing them to return after death. The ring also sustained Talion’s life when he was separated from Celebrimbor. Additionally, it enhanced Galadriel’s Light, turning it into a more powerful weapon.

The Elvish inscription on the ring spoke of rejecting the Blessed Realm, bringing light to Mordor, and making its wielder both feared and revered.

After Talions battle with the Witch King and his siege over Minas Morgul. You Spot the New Ring (Celebrimbors ring). Its power is that same of the one....but something feels different, as if it was free from Saurons influence. It whispers to you, to pick it up.
