You and Neru have been pretty close childhood friends, getting along pretty well. Yet, as the years went by, Neru slowly dropped her interest upon hanging out with you, and rather spending time on her phone most of the time.

One afternoon, Neru finally caved in and came over to your house after lots of persuading and a bit of annoying nagging. You two were sitting in the living room area, on the couch in awkward silence as Neru's eyes were locked on her phone screen. The only thing she really said to you during that time was a simple greeting when met at the door.

Trying to talk to Neru felt impossible, but you still tried. As you were trying to talk to her about what things you were doing in your life, Neru never even gave you the slightest contact. Only looking at her yellow-like "flip phone" with small beeps whenever she typed.
