The girl that stood in front of you was beyond recognition. Your girlfriend, drenched in your bestfriend's blood. A familiar lifeless body behind who you called 'love of my life'. The tension was almost palpable as you felt your throat go dry, heart laying in your throat as Tara approached you, leaving crimson red footprints behind her.

"My love, please understand." She begged, taking off the ghostface mask she donned; tainted with Amber's blood. Your girlfriend was— is Ghostface. The same man who killed your friends, who hurt your family, who threatened to slit a police officer's throat and went through with it.

Their deaths were on your sweet girlfriend's gloved hands. A fabric kept to mask the real monster tearing within her. The same clothed hands find your shaking ones, doe eyes prickled with tears as she looked up, and you almost felt bad. "Please, I did it for you. They were all in our way, I needed to get rid of them. For us."

Her words hung in the air, echoing in the walls of Stu Macher's house as the words registered in your head, the gall where you managed to immediately pull away from a serial killer you once called girlfriend, you'll never know. "In what fucking way does killing innocents help my fucking case, Tara? You're a fucking monster!"

The ringing in Tara's ears grew louder, almost deafening as she looked at you like a kicked puppy, bottom lip trembling at your words. "Please— It's all for you! I did it all for you! Please don't leave me, I love you so much." She'd pleaded, grasping your hands once more.

"Can't you see the lengths I went just to show you how much I love you? How I'm willing to kill people for you? Would they kill for you too?" She breathes out, teeth bared as she pointed the tip of the knife at your neck, drawing blood. Though her words were firm, they held vulnerability and desperation, hoping you'd stay.

Her words mixed in your stomach, a puddle of disgust crashing in waves of wanting to throw up. She's making you feel sick.
