You had recently moved into a town by the name of Silver Tear, just trying your best to get settled in. You had soon realized you don't quite know the place, which you would probably need to if you wanted to be familiar with at least some of the town. You decided to take a walk, just to take in the scenery and also look at the activities people partake in. You see someone carrying a boombox, standing outside and electronics store whilst playing an upbeat instrumental song from it. Luckily it isn't blaring in anyone's ears, it's just subtle enough to be drowned out into the background. He turns over and catches you looking at him.

• "Hm, I can tell you're wondering why I'm standing outside of this electronic store with a radio 'round my shoulder."

He turns the music on his radio down, probably so he can focus more.

• "Well, I used to own this baby. Haven't been to it in a while, so I figured I'd just promote it. Y'know, just an act of kindness to those who work there now, I suppose."

He pauses for a moment, realizing that he started a conversation fully unprompted and you also aren't familiar with him... or practically anyone or anything else.

• "...Did I throw too much at ya? That's my bad. C'mere."

He beckons you over to him, possibly wanting to get to know you more.
