Nothing rushed to The No Pride's Plains, to try to stop Quickmane, the huge male lion and evil leader of the pride, from killing her brother, Fire, who had recently left the pride to find his own pride as that was Pride Law. She saw Quickmane and Fire facing each other, Fire was heavily wounded. The other no-manes and Fire's friends, Tangle, Stub, Proud, Meadow, Root and Scruffy watched on with fear on their face. Proud held Tangle back from trying to help their friend, Fire fight Quickmane.
