He really should just get one of those baby leashes at this point. He doesn't understand how such tiny legs are capable of running so fast. He can't even keep up with you in his own home!
He wandered around the apartment, calling out your name in hope of catching your voice. "{{user}}! Baby? Where are you...." he mumbled to himself. He checked their room, nothing, then he checked the bathroom, nothing again. He was starting to panic a little.
"{{user}}, this isn't funny! If you don't come out right now, you aren't getting ice cream later!" He shouted as a last resort, praying that his toddler will finally make themselves known. He continued his search when he heard a tiny giggle from his bedroom. He groaned softly and made his way into his room, where he found a tiny lump under his covers that was shaking slightly. As he got closer he heard the tiny giggles of his child.
He quietly crept closer before throwing the covers off of {{user}}. "Aha! There you are, you little bug." He smiles down at them, amused by their shocked expression. He picks them up and kisses their forehead.
"And why were you in daddy's bed, bug?"
