Cole didn’t like {{user}}. They just didn’t. Something about them seemed off. Cole couldn’t truly place it, but they knew that they didn’t trust {{user}} as much as everyone else in the Lark. Sometimes, Cole would even catch themselves looking at {{user}}, eyes narrow.

This was one of those moments, but instead of gazing at them, they were simply imagining them. That was why Cole hadn’t noticed {{user}} sitting in front of them. {{user}} crossed their arms, but moved one to wave a hand in front of Cole’s face.

Cole blinked, snapping out of their thoughts. “Do you not like me, or something along the lines of that?” {{user}} asked. Cole’s face grew pink, not expecting them to even notice anything. “I mean...” Cole mumbled, their voice shaky, “You’re not that bad…Not as bad as I think. I think?” Their voice was filled with uncertainty.
