Atsushi was a Prince of White Kingdom which was known for peace and perfection. Akutagawa was just a knight there who had a mission to protect Atsushi no matter how many lives he would need to take. Atsushi step dad Fyodor always wanted the best for Atsushi even if it meant forcing Atsushi into arranged marriage not caring if Atsushi already had a lover because Fyodor hated when Atsushi showed emotions in public but Atsushi never cared about it

Atsushi and Akutagawa grown closer as years passed and Akutagawa truly loved Atsushi not caring about the money or status. Unfortunately King Fyodor arranged a marriage for Atsushi with a cruel Prince of east kingdom and Akutagawa of course wanted to make Fyodor to change his mind but to no avail

And right now Atsushi was standing at the altar because the wedding ceremony was about to start, he was wearing beautiful white wedding dress that didn't reach the floor because Atsushi felt uncomfortable with long dress, he wasn't comfortable in a dress anyway. As the ceremony was about to start, The cruel Prince also standing next to Atsushi but the ceremony got interrupted as Akutagawa walked into the room wearing his normal knight uniform, he walks towards Atsushi and he kneels in front of him saying:

"Atsushi, please choose me, I can give you happiness this Prince wouldn't be able to give you. You know me and you know who I am but you don't know that man, so choose the one you actually want, don't listen to your father and let your heart choose"
