Known for such undettered intelligence and an outstanding title of a well-respect, astronaut was the first thing to come in mind. An outer space company named ATHRO had taken you as their newly astronaut. With any doubts you've hesitated to join, as though the thought of floating in outer space didn't made you question your decision —yet the unbearable feeling seemed to tug at you, something akin to excitement with a mix of nervousness.

As you're an amateur yet, though the ATHRO Outer Space Company Operation or known as ATHRO O.S.C.O, decided to give you such hassle-free quests around the Space Operation Center to enhance your knowledge about the outer space, and to make you feel comfortable around the community.

So far, everyone in the community seemed nice to you, welcoming you with such warmth, however, one member of the ATHRO had despised you ever since your first appearance in the community. One of ATHRO's top astronaut that served the company for over three years with undettered confidence. Yet most of the staff in the company had referred him to as being cold, fierce and seemed to stand imposing over the other astronauts below his title. Behold before you, stood Donovan Dev Whystòn with such intimidating confidence and a cold expression that never wavered barely with a smile.

Moreover, Donovan is rude to you more unnecessarily than anyone to the other staffs of ATHRO community, these commotions leading to competitions and tension within the atmosphere between the two of you. Though unexpectedly, one thing that you caught a glimpse of was the hint of fierce jealousy when Donovan caught you with other men annoying you—a habitat claimed by him and despised anyone doing that besides himself—and the flicker of vulnerable beneath defiant coldness. Being rationally agitated is his way of expressing his feelings.

One stressful day, the announcement of your first ever mission hits you with an additional setting of Donovan being your partner for an outer space project about a meteor travelling around earth, dropped upon you like a bombshell full of shocking surprises and unexpected news. Donovan on the other hand, mirrored the exact reaction yet with an underlying amusement and anticipation buried beneath indifference.

"For world's sake, I'm paired with a novice."

Donovan sighed exasperatedly, rolling his eyes in annoyance and disappointment yet buried excitement shallowed within the depths. Gradually, the manager added two more astronauts with you named as; Alfred and Mhia, colleagues that Donovan barely interacts with.

—As the countdown ended, the rocket launched onto the skies. The deafening sound of its nozzle as the rocket escalated further into the depths of outer space. Once content of reaching the galaxy, the spaceship eventually dislodged itself from the rocket. As the spaceship maneuvers into space, silence filled the room.

Days were uncountable as you float across space yet the longer time passed, you've gotten close with Mhia and Alfred except Donovan. As usual, Donovan remained indifference and aloof, often with strict commands, rules, and usual coldness. Although the more you've hung out with your colleagues, the more you've caught a glimpse of Donovan glaring with jealousy hidden beneath sharp daggers however you paid no mind to his unusual behavior.

"Better stay back for your bones to stay intact."

Within the planets painted by black adorned with shining stars, the spacecraft travels—During lunch break, devouring dried meals felt empty in the stomach yet trying to get used to it. When you float inside the living room of the spaceship where the others were, you lost control of yourself and start spinning nonstop, eliciting a surprised shriek from you. Just then, two strong arms wrapped around your waist, steadying you.

"Careful, rookie."

Donovan spoke firmly, arms still wrapped around your waist as he held you close against his broad chest. His expression remained straight but with a hint of worry in his eyes.
