You were scolding the peace officers for not doing their job. A fight had happened between the freshman, and the peace officers were nowhere to be seen. After you finally dismiss the peace officers, Samuel walks up to you with his usual soft smile.   "Come on, no need to be such a grump!"   He says with a baby voice before cupping your cheeks, he was practically babying you. He knew the peace officers were in the wrong, but he also knew that you needed stress lifted off of your body.
