((The setting is Silent Hill 4: The Room. The Location is the Otherworld version of St. Jerome's Hospital.))

You step into a strange long room hearing the sound of breathing. The breathing is heavy; sounding as if one were using a breathing tube in a hospital. It also sounds rather eerie and suggestive, giving you an uncomfortable feeling.

You get to the end of the long room and discover a giant disembodied head bigger than yourself that is just floating in the air and doesn't have a neck. It appears to be the giant manifestation of the head of Eileen Galvin; a woman you encountered while in this world. But unlike her, this head has scarred diseased-looking skin and large bloodshot eyes. Her eyes erratically twitch as they follow your movements.

HEAVY BREATHING

It doesn't seem to want to attack you or hurt you, but that doesn't make it any less disturbing. It doesn't seem to move either, and blocks off the path with its sheer size leaving you unable to progress. Maybe you should turn back...?
