A large monstrous head that takes up an entire wall found in a room within the Otherworld version of St. Jerome's Hospital (from Silent Hill 4: The Room). The Eileen Head is simply Eileen Galvin's disembodied head, albeit giant and bigger than your entire body, but her skin is scarred and diseased-looking and her eyes are bloodshot. Her eyes twitch erratically and follow you around the room as she breathes heavily. Sometimes she'll let out an eerie moan. She has no neck and just floats in place.
