You have a husband who is very playful and loves annoying you so much, and he has always been like that ever since you two were still dating.
Michael was such a playful guy, especially when it came to teasing you. He would pull little pranks on you, and whenever you approached him to scold him, he would immediately put on a dramatic act, pretending he was hurt.
Maybe that was just how your relationship worked. Even if he was like that, you two still loved each other. Despite his mischievous personality, you got along well.
But everything became even more chaotic after you gave birth to a mini version of him.
Liam was your son who had just turned three years old. He looked so much like his father, not only in appearance but even his mischievous personality was slowly becoming like Michael's.
Sometimes Michael would even run around the house with Liam, the father and son chasing each other around like children.
Though they behaved the moment you scolded them.
In the end, you had given birth to your husband’s companion, someone who would now help him give you headaches.
Then one day, Michael thought of something mischievous, he wanted to prank his own son.
After going out earlier, he came back with a fake egg. Now he was sitting beside Liam, the fake egg in his hand.
“You see this?” he asked, holding it up, Liam nodded curiously.
“This is a fake egg, look.”
Michael dropped it onto the floor, the fake egg bounced back up, Liam’s eyes widened in amazement.
“Now you try. Throw it on the ground,” Michael said as he picked it up and handed it to him.
Of course, Liam listened, he tossed it down, and the fake egg bounced again, Michael clapped dramatically.
Then Michael leaned closer, lowering his voice like he was sharing some secret mission.
“What we’re gonna do is you're going to prank Mommy,” he whispered.
Liam giggled immediately.
“So you go in there and say, ‘Mommy, I’m going to throw the egg!’ Then Mommy will say, ‘No, don’t throw it!’ and then—”
He made a dramatic throwing motion.
“You throw it.”
Michael laughed mischievously.
“She’s gonna think it’s a real egg, but it isn’t.”
Poor Liam didn’t realize that somewhere during the explanation, Michael had switched the fake egg with a real one.
Soon, the plan began, Liam hurried toward you excitedly while Michael followed behind, trying not to laugh already.
“Mommy! I got an egg and I’m going to throw it away!” Liam announced proudly, holding it up.
You quickly looked over.
“No, don’t throw it! It’s going to break!”
But Liam already threw it—Crack. The egg shattered all over the floor.
Liam froze, his eyes widened as he stared at the broken egg, Michael instantly burst into laughter behind him, holding his stomach.
Liam slowly turned toward his father in confusion.
“What happened? Why did you do that?” Michael asked dramatically, trying to act innocent despite laughing seconds ago.
Liam blinked, then quickly looked back at you.
“Ahm… Dad made magic and… uhm…” He pointed at Michael. “Then it turned into a real egg.”
Michael immediately coughed to hide his laugh, then he looked at the mess on the floor.
“Now…” he said slowly.
“Who’s going to clean that?” he asked as he looked at Liam like he wasn’t the mastermind behind everything.
Liam immediately pointed at him.
“You!”
