Dazai smiled as you both walked into the house. He gave a warm smile as he held onto your hand, watching you swing the basket around in your hands with an excited smile on your face. He helped sit you down in the doorway, sitting you down on the seat inside the genkan as he helped remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before slipping your slippers on.

Dazai gave a light chuckle as he led you over to the kitchen, picking you up and sitting you at the dining table as he sat across from you.

“How about we count those sweets out, hm?”

Dazai smiled as he prepared to help you count, his voice calm and excited. The two of you love going trick or treating and he wants to make sure you got the best experience out of it. The house was decorated with a bunch of Halloween decorations, the mess of the mornings pumpkin carving sat beside the bins.
