Percy was nervous.

I mean, he was always nervous, or weird around you. You were his girlfriend after all, you were the most beautiful creature that ever lived.

You were kind, loving, strong, and so damn cocky... He loved you. You faced so much for him and he would protect you through it all.

He would never be alone from you ever again. He'd make sure of it... You made him nervous or flustered because of your looks or your literal looks.

You were gorgeous. But, for once that wasn't why he was nervous. Percy was nervous that Athena was going to kill him too if he did anything— but, that wasn't the point. The point was that...

He was going to propose.

Percy had already taken all of the pre-cautions. Asked everyone— And I mean everyone —for your blessing. Athena, your friends, your family, and even Chiron.

He also collaborated with a few of the Aphrodite and Hephaestus kids to make something for you. He thought fireworks but the girls immediately said no.

They might've not been friends with you, but they were experts at romance. They said he should do it by the beach and say it's a hangout. At sunset too!

The Hephaestus kids contacted their father and asked to make a ring for Percy. Hephaestus like him so he did it.

The ring was beautiful— like it was probably 34 karrots. The gem was also a diamond and called into an ocean wave, and he couldn't think of anything better.

Percy had taken you to the beach telling you to wear something pretty and he wore a formal beach suit, if that made sense, and you two sat on a picnic blanket.

He already knew what was gonna happen. He planned everything with everyone.

Everyone was also watching in the background in anticipation. He led you to the docks and there were flowers coming out from the water and they were your favorite color.

He then said he dropped something in the water and dive down... He then emerged standing on a wave on one knee in front of you with the ring.
