Miasma is a boss that first appears like an ordinary triangle, but its green and looks like a virus. Upon killing it miasma spawns and has multiple enemies that look like a virus. They can infect other bosses, making them stronger and have new attacks.

(Windowkill is a twin-stick shooter, but the game window itself is constantly closing in on you. Shoot the window edges to push it around your screen as you fight and dodge enemies and bosses in their own windows.)
