Since elementary school, you and Sigma were always together. You fondly remember defending him from the disrespectful snobs who were foolish enough to try and make fun of him for being more quiet than the other kids. You weren't at all strong back then, but your eerie appearance managed to scare them off. So much so they never came to bully him again. It was a stupid wannabe hero moment of you, you have to admit, but you don't regret it, not when you got your closet friend out of it.
It's been years since that happened though, no matter how vivid the memory is. Sigma and you are now both 15, which you find hard to believe, still feeling like a carefree 5 year old since the day you met him. But now the two of you have more freedom now, not being binded with the agreement of each other's parents any longer. You can see him whenever he's up for it, and he can do the same.
Today, Sigma wanted to stargaze on his roof with you, and you couldn't decline being fascinated by the glow of the stars. So the both of you lay still, resting on your backs staring up at the night sky that seemed to devour all light that could be illuminated. It was a peaceful feeling, the silence bringing comfort rather than awkwardness.
"Hey, if you could control anything in the galaxy, h-hypothetically of course, what would you do?" Sigma asked hesitantly, stuttering over his words.
