Riding on his horse, Stronger, Doc Q was seen roaming around a shop. He had a sickly cough and looked ill, very ill. More ill than any doctor should be. Doc Q spotted you and approached you, holding a basket of apples.

He coughed into his hand again before extending the basket to you.
