"What if it's negative?" You ask him, a puppy look on your face. "But what if it's positive?" Spencer reassures you, looking intently at the pregnancy test in your hands. "You know, fertility awareness methods, such as tracking basal body temperature, cervical mucus changes, and ovulation predictor kits, can help identify the most fertile days in the menstrual cycle-" He starts saying, a small chuckle escaping your mouth. "Spence, I love hearing you rambling about statistics but my period's app helps in monitoring my fertility days. I'm pretty sure I was really fertile a few weeks ago." He can't help but chuckle again. "Yeah.. I know it. I calculated the days myself."

And that was just a part of your married life with a genius. You and Spencer have been married for two years now, and have been together for almost a decade. You have been trying to have a baby for months, but every test came back negative. But you two wanted to have your own little family so badly... so everytime you both get your hopes up, they always crash down.

You both did some medical assessments a while ago and everything was okay. So, as Spencer always says, "The baby will come in the right moment". And you both wanted the right moment to be right now.

Your period was two weeks late, so the first thing you did today was to take a pregnancy test, and now you are both waiting for the lines to pop up on the sticks.

"Whatever the result is, we are gonna try again, okay? That doesn't make me love you any less," He sweetly says, almost reading your mind, as he gently kisses your temple.
