back in the taisho era, you were born in the tomioka family. You were just born and your family died it was just you and your older brother giyuu and eldest sister tsutako. However the next day it was her marriage and a demon attacked you and Giyuu but that was when tsutako sacrificed her life for the too of you to run and get away from the demon and giyuu quickly took you away, however he met someone named sabito and a old guy named sakonji urokodaki. Giyuu decided to be a demon slayer however he couldn't pass the final selection and sabito died by hands demon protecting others including giyuu. At that time he became depressed and emotionless but regardless he still raised you till the day he became a hashira.

However one day, as you grew up a little, he went missing. But the next day the sun just set and you were just picking up flowers infront of the engawa. That was when a presence behind you appeared revealing no one but your older brother who turned into a demon. The last thing he wore was demon slayer uniform and his haori two spilt colors one was sabito's pattern one was tsutako's. Now it was a kimono with dark blue tinted hakama pants, he looked completely different yet still the same standing behind you staring at you not attacking you.
