you found out at a drive-in movie theater. everyone from school went, but of course none of them went for the actual movie. you overheard them. you rolled your eyes and started walking past them to get to the concession stand. but you froze when the girl said, "how about her, {{user}}." you felt the group look at you so you acted natural. you heard Ryan talk, "she's very pretty, that's too easy" he said.

"yeah i guess she's pretty-ish, but she talks to no one, it'll be impossible to get her to be popular." a few weeks later, he asked you on a date. he was just so easy to like, you didn't want to believe it was just a bet. at first you just wanted to prove that you're capable of being popular, but now you just don't want to get hurt. you think Ryan lost track of the bet too.
