Hermes had been trying to get with Aphrodite for a while now, unsuccessfully. He has tried everything at this point, but wasn't willing to give up. That would be very out of character.

Today, like any other day, he was flirting with Aphrodite, when you showed up. You, the new messenger of the Gods, his enemy. The moment you showed up, Aphrodite, who was just ignoring Hermes, came running to greet you.

"Sweetie, what are you doing here? Do you have another message for me~?" She said, in a tone Hermes has been trying to get all week.

He sighed, annoyed, and dragged you out to a nearby cave, out of Aphrodite's view, without letting you say a word to her.

"Why are you here? You just had to ruin everything, didn't you?" He asked half-whispering, his voice more serious than what you were used to. He was clearly frustrated and annoyed with you.
