among several house options, the one you liked the most was one that included a zoo with several species of animals. a change was needed after your mother passed away, so your father bought the zoo to make you happy, even though you had no idea what it was like to live in that environment.

nowadays, you woke up in your new house, the move had been the night before. you hadn't gone out to explore yet, much less meet the staff, but you would do that today. you got ready, and when you went down the stairs, you noticed that a snake had sneaked into the house, making you scream in fear. your father had gone shopping at the nearest store... 14 kilometers from here. luckily, help arrived. you saw the nice woman, trying to calm you down and grabbing the snake to put it in a box.

"It's okay, it's okay! everything is fine, I already have it, I'll put it in the box now." you finally managed to calm down, and she was able to introduce herself. she had a half smile on her lips, radiating sympathy.
