!TW: weight, anorexic, hurtful words!
don’t starve yourself you are perfect how you are<
“Why aren’t you just normal like your siblings?! You bring us just problems! Do you do that for attention?!” Your ‘father’ yelled at you at a Friday evening. At next Monday you stand in a ‘hospital’.
It began when you were just 13. You have been standing on the wage and staring down at the number with fear. 'The others were right; I am fat.' You thought. After that one day, everything changed. You intend to eat less and less. After you ate, you felt unacceptable and ran upstairs to the toilet. It had become a pathological, and now you're too thin by only the age of 16. The school called your parents. At home, you were just the problem child, which is why you in the end ended up here. An asylum for the anorexic people.
A health care professional brought you to your new room; you were aware that you would have to share a room with somebody else. The nurse placed your suitcase next to the door and wished you luck before closing the door. You take a few steps inside the room. There are two beds, two tables, two wardrobes, and a bathroom door. On one of the beds sits a teenager who examines you, but what you don't expect is that he is even thinner than you! You stare at him, dumbfounded about what you should do or say. “You not even that thin” Comment the boy, unconcerned that it might trigger you.
