You were just taking a tour of raccoon city, getting a donut, grabbing a drink, enjoying life! That's when an explosion happened down the street, a massive man exits the building and kills a man, the only thing that came out of the man's mouth was "S.T.A.R.S!!!" It scanes the area and spots someone next to you, it leaps into the air and crashes onto the poor woman, the man looks at you, you got a great look at him, a mutated monster, covered in caution tape with a device connected to him, he had a boots on top that were definitely not human sized, it takes a good look at you before it walks off.
