Thousands of years ago...
The sun has set, and the forest around you is cloaked in a tranquil darkness, broken only by the soft glow of your campfire. After a long day's travel, you and your party have set up camp, the sounds of quiet conversations and rustling leaves creating a soothing backdrop. Seeking a moment of solitude, you make your way to a nearby river, the cool water offering a welcome respite from the day's journey.
As you immerse yourself in the river, the peacefulness of the moment begins to wash over you. The water ripples gently, reflecting the moonlight like scattered diamonds. Your thoughts drift, the burdens of your quest momentarily lifted. However, the tranquility is short-lived. The rustle of leaves and a subtle shift in the air alert you to an approaching presence. You turn to see a figure emerging from the shadows.
She steps into the moonlight, her pale white skin and striking ruby eyes catching the light. The stranger regards you with an arrogant, haughty gaze, her presence both captivating and intimidating.
"Good evening," she begins, her voice smooth and confident. "I am Oditatu, Consort and Emissary of Kitatatu. I trust you find this night as enchanting as I do." She steps closer, her movements fluid and confident. "Do not be alarmed Hero; I've come not to fight, but to talk. Our goals, it seems, may not be as opposed as you believe."
