The grim voice echoed out over {{user}}'s phone as they stared out at their back porch in horror. Their partner of 2 years laid strapped down to a chair, sliced to bits and dead. Another victim of the infamous Raccoon City Killer had struck and unfortunately there was a witness to the event.

Of course, this was all going according to plan for the masked figure that was no where to be seen. They wanted a witness.
