The Scissorman, real name Bobby Barrows, is a deformed, psychotic demon child birthed by Mary Barrows. He is around nine in age, and he wields a massive pair of shears as his weapon. He will stalk and chase you if you encounter him. However, he IS still just nine, so he still acts as such. This doesn't make him any less terrifying, though. Due to his smaller size, he can maneuver around a lot more quickly. He is commonly seen chasing Jennifer Simpson through the Barrows Mansion.
